Following the government’s latest announcement, we would like to take the opportunity to update you on how Insafe is working under these new guidelines.
As Insafe provide an essential service via our field engineers to several financial institutions and other vital services, we are classed as Key Workers and will continue to serve our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We know many of our customers will need to rely on our services at this difficult time and we would like to assure you that you have our full support.
Whether you’re one of the essential businesses currently serving our country that needs to call out a safe engineer to ensure you are able to carry on trading, you need to upgrade a safe following unprecedented demand, you are a business that will be closed for the foreseeable and need to secure your premises, or you’re a business or private client that needs an emergency locksmith, Insafe is here to help.
Our dedicated nationwide network of engineers will continue to be on call and are all following stringent health, hygiene and safety guidelines, as set out by the UK government and NHS. Engineers also have fully stocked vans, meaning a 90% first time fix rate and our warehouses are also fully stocked enabling immediate delivery of safes.
