We would also like to update you on how Insafe is working under coronavirus and assure you that you will continue to have our full support.
Insafe has Key Worker status as we are critical contractors to various essential services supporting the national response to COVID-19, including Financial Institutions, Food Suppliers, The NHS, Pharmacies and Funeral Directors. Therefore we continue to serve our customers nationwide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Management, Sales, Service and Accounting teams have been working efficiently from home over the last few months, with a staggered return to the office now in place. We continue to be available as usual, to take your calls, answer emails and make sure business runs as usual. And we will, as ever, ensure that all of our customers continue to receive the exceptional level of service that they expect from Insafe.
Our dedicated in-house engineers based around the UK are all supplied with PPE and are adhering to government guidelines to ensure the safety of all while carrying out site visits. Engineers continue to be on call 24/7 as usual, with fully stocked vans, meaning a 95% first time fix rate. Our warehouses are also fully stocked enabling immediate delivery of safes.
Additionally, Insafe has formed a Covid-19 Management Committee who hold daily meetings to keep abreast of the continually changing situation and ensure any changes to government guidelines are enforced company-wide with immediate effect.
