Experienced Safe Engineers.
Insafe provide a nationwide, 24 hour, fast response service for all types and brands of safes and vaults.
Insafe’s in-house safe engineers are highly trained and carry out all types of service on safes from lock changes to opening locked-out safes.
Our in-house Safe Engineers all pass through the Insafe Training Academy before we will allow them on the road. And even then, they are constantly kept up to date by the Academy when new products or product updates come onto the market.
The communication of knowledge works both ways as any new device or product information gained on-site by a Safe Engineer is passed to the Academy where it is assessed and shared with the entire Insafe network.

Fully Stocked.
As well as having the knowledge to service, maintain and repair our customers safes it’s incredibly important that our Safe Engineers have fully stocked vans thus ensuring a first visit fix rate of 90%.
To do this we use a supply chain management system which restocks the Engineers vans on a daily basis as well as sending worn components, old batteries, etc. back to the warehouses to be recycled by licenced recycling companies.
